After you have completed a personal questionnaire, an extensive in-depth interview of 2-3 hours will take place, preferably at your home, as your living environment is an important indicator of your personal style and preferences. Various aspects will be covered, such as your childhood, parental home, education, work experience, relationships, hobbies, and values and norms that are important to you.

Based on this, we write an anonymous profile and a concise advertisement text. In consultation with you, we place this advertisement in national newspapers, which usually receives a response from 5 to 8 respondents. We also schedule a similar in-depth interview with them at their homes, based on which we make a pre-selection of 2 to 3 candidates who, in our view, could be a good fit for you. Naturally, you decide at all times whether, how, and to whom your identity is disclosed. Only you decide when and where any potential meeting with a candidate will take place.

FEE STRUCTURE

We use an open calculation based on a fair hourly rate, for which you will receive a detailed quotation at the start. As the client, you pay for the search assignment; the procedure is free of charge for interested candidates. Our approach can be divided into 4 phases. After the initial start-up phase, we only invoice you when there are effective responses from potential candidates. In other words, apart from the start-up costs, it is a 'no cure no pay' arrangement. The procedure usually takes 4-6 months, and the costs depend to a significant extent on the number of respondents and any costs for a national advertisement. Within our 4-phase approach, all interviews take place, we write profiles and advertisement copy, and we report on the progress to you. The costs for placing an advertisement are charged separately and vary depending on the media choice and the size of the chosen advertisement. We also agree on a success fee with you in advance, which we are both comfortable with and which is only payable if the newly established relationship proves to be stable and solid after 4 months. In short; It is our commitment to successfully complete this important investment in your future happiness in a very careful and discreet manner, to your full satisfaction.

PERSONAL CONVERSATION

The in-depth interview preferably takes place at your home. The informality of your own living environment is often a determining factor for us in gaining a complete picture of your personality during that conversation.

It turns out that usually a very limited number of contacts is needed to determine if there is a match between potential new partners. No matter how well we think we are doing our job, ultimately you are the one who decides, and “chemistry” is obviously a very important factor in that.
